weird noise

hey guys getting this weird noise at about 2200 rpms. sounds like a vibration/woosh noise. just wondering if anyone else has this noise and if anyone can offer me any ideas. thanks!

lol, going to need a little more info than that. from engine bay, steering, suspension, when its cold or if you have been driving for awhile, etc

what do you mean by woosh noise? like blow off sound? also what engine is in your car

I can hear it from inside the car. It seems to be loudest when the car is cold. I have the 2.0T and its def not the "blow off sound". Seems like its coming from the passenger side of the car.

also forgot to add, i only started noticing the noise after i installed the VMR boost gauge but i think it may only be a coincidence. and no its not a buzz from the boost gauge.
