Brakes Humming

Hello everyone. Ive had this problem eversince the day i bought my a4. Now when the steering wheel and slowly drive it will make a hummming sound until i stop. Secondly, it makes a humming sound when just taking off a stop slowly(red light/stop sign). I took it for service once and they said it was the caliper bushings. I took it in again and the service guy said "I have the same car and mine does it too, its normal" How is this normal? I bought the car brand new and it shouldnt make sounds like this. Anyone having this problem? I know two people that have this problem.

Does it stop if you hit the brake? Could be the rotor having bad grooves. If not, maybe it's a wheel bearing.

Everythings been checked. I shouldnt need to do the work myself when i purchased a car thats been letting me down ever since. I love the car, but that sounds pissing me off. I officially hate RUSNAK of Pasadena. Do you guys know of other friendly dealers in the socal area near glendale?
