First video is of the last qualifying run and the first run on saturday. Track prep wasn't all that great so I end up spinning the tires all the way thru 1st gear.

Last video is of the Final's, I bog the launch trying to cut a really low reaction time and end up running 11.2 at 132 mph. Oh I also had to do a dry launch because there was no way around the water box. The car in the other lane ran 10.1 at 147 so it wasn't like I had a chance to win anyway.

Well he just mainly uses the nitrous to get out of the hole. He was also at BOTI where he lost to the ESX STI that runs 8's.


BTW this isn't the first time I have raced one of the guys from this shop, I raced against the kid that works there that also races a turbo 300Z. I raced him at a IDRC event up at LACR a few years ago, that was back when I was running low 12's.

Well that was back when they were running the GT35r. Lets not forget that car is fully gutted, runs a fuel cell not a OEM tank and only 1 seat.

I plan on going with BW S300SX 91-79 (aka S366) but might wait to do that when FR has time to do the twin scroll manifold on my car since the turbo will be a T4 not a T3. Right now the owner of FR wants to send me a mock up turbo to test fit to see if it will fit in the spot were the 35r is sitting now.

Till then I might just upgrade my 35r to a HTA3586r and play with that till its time to do the twin scroll, then sell my 35r setup.
