    Advice, Recently bought car LONG

So i picked up an 03' A4 Avant 1.8t Manual w/ 65k on 10/30, about 3 weeks ago. When i went to see the car the first time, 2 days before picking her up on the 30th, there was a paint fracture running front inside the drivers side rear door around to about half way up the fender, its hard to explain, i can photo to clarify. They sealed it and touched it up. I was told that the car was in no accidents, multiple times, I ran a carfax and sure enough, 1 owner, no reported accidents, everything looks good. I go over the rest of the car as well as I could. So seeing as manual avants are pretty rare and the rest of the car seemed really clean, I jumped on it. The following week I took it to my body man to check that fracture out, turns out, there are two more seams from where most of the rear quarter was replaced. Basically the welds didnt hold and the paint is caving in slowly.
I call the dealer around the 13th or so didnt get to speak to the manger till that friday, he told me he wants to look at it, blah blah blah. Of course its a 2.5 hour drive for me to the dealer. I called him last tuesday and said, i'm not driving down without some guaranty that the problem will be addressed, and that I will get a loaner car in the mean time. He said he'd call me back later in the week with a time that I can bring it down. So I call on friday, same story.

Now, my body man, who by the way does all the work for all the local BMW dealers, VW, Audi, etc, he does things right or not at all, said if it doenst get fixed correctly, with a backing reinforcement for the welds the same thing will happen again in a few months. He gave me an estimate to do it right, it was right around $1500, the dealer laughed at that. I'm trying to find out if it went through auction damaged like that, and they fixed it. It was sold at manheim PA, I know they keep video records of most auctions.

Do you think I have legal action to take, the car was miss represented as accident free. Which it is not. And my body man says the other two seams will most likely crack right through in 2 months or less. What do you think?

Sorry for the extremely long post, I'm so tweaked out over this, its pissing me off, and I'm getting farther and farther from the date of sale...

    TIA!!!

the bottom most circle is the already fractured/touched up area. I will get better photos soon

File a report with carfax since they have a buy back guarantee.
