I have nothing but good reviews for Rob@AP specialties. Not sure about the other guys, since I've only dealt with Rob. (Though I'm pretty sure all the other emplyees employed at Ap-specialties all share the same traits in terms of customer service!)
A couple of months ago Rob posted a santorin S4 parts car for sale. The front bumper of that car instantly caught my attention, and thus I pm'ed rob right away. Wthin 5min, he pm'ed right back and told me that he was willing to stay an extra few min at work to get the transaction dealt with. He also suggested that I go with Greyhound shipping since it was a lont less expensive. Unfortunately greyhound cracked the bumper and wouldn't admit it :[. Rob then decided to reimburse me a small amount of money to get it fixed. During the reimbursement process, Rob realized that his credit card refund systems were down. Rob repeatedly appologized to me and kept me updated with weekly emails about the situation. This is, I believe, customer service at its best. Most other sellers would have probably pretended to have forgotten about it until you actually reminded them. Got my reimbursement about 6 weeks after the purchase of the bumper.
I can't wait to deal with rob again :].
