    Questions on eliminator???

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I will start off by saying that I did search and did not find the exact answers I was looking for. I was thinking about selling my car about a month ago but decided to go the other route now. I have done a bunch of reading and it seems that the eliminator kit is the way to go. I am a college student so funds are a little limited. Is it better to piece it all together or just save up and buy the kit all at once? And where is the best place to buy? It is my daily driver and just turned 94k miles. What exactly will i need for this kit to work best?

    Mods i already have...

    Forge 007
    Magnaflow cat back system
    CAI
    Unitronic stage 1
    Samco silicone boost hoses

    Thanks in advance!

The only problem you have with piecing it together is the added shipping charges for each item rather than the bundle. you can also save a lot of money by buying used hardware (injectors, fmic, tip, manifold, etc), but personally I would go with a Brand Spankin New turbo.

    Here ya go...

ATP GT71R kit with EuroCode/REVO Software THE COMPLETE SOLUTION

Ask for the 550cc injectors with harnesses instead of the 440's and tell them to forget the test pipe and manual boost controller.

You will still need a FMIC and exhaust.

from what i've heard, the atp manifold cracks fairly easily. when i do my 2871r elim kit next year, i plan on using a p&p'd stock manifold.

I'm pretty sure ATP has recasted their mold. The cracking issue hasn't been a problem for a while now.

    Re: Questions on eliminator???

That was the exact kit I was looking at. I understand why I dont need the MBC, but why no test pipe?
And I am already running unitronic software and i can get a SWEET deal on the upgrade, but they use a 630cc injector. Has anyone heard anything on the Uni software with this kit?

Talk to Daniel (b6lovin). He had the GTRS eliminator kit with Unitronics software. He ran into issues though and I can not remember what caused his motor to fail. I'll let him tell you as opposed to spreading false rumors.
