Thumbs up Excellent service at Audi of Richmond

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
After hearing some not-so-nice stories about service from Open Road and Audi of Richmond, I decided to give Capilano my business. I had my first service done there and everything went well. That said, they are very much "by-the-book" and found a much higher level of quality service at Audi of Richmond. There is a fairly new foreman and that may very well be the difference. Great guy and he knows a lot about performance mods. There is certain work that Capilano would not perform and Audi of Richmond got it done with no issues.

If anyone needs a more specific reference or details, feel welcome to send me a PM.

Positive posts!!! It is so nice to see that they do occur. It is a fact that we only complain about bad experiences, however, we seldom remember the good ones because it is what we expect from a dealer.
It would be nice to see more great stories about good service.

Bryan, you mean Garry Nip? He was my service advisor. Good guy. David also helped me. To me, the key is Ken, the shop foreman.

Garry helped me out once and he was awesome. Don't forget Norman who's superior.

I'll have to introduce myself next time. I just called and spoke to Garry at random. I had no idea who Norman was or who has seniority. Thanks.

He's still taking care of his long standing customers despite the promotion.

Re: Excellent service at Audi of Richmond

I was completely against going back to Audi of Richmond for any work, however ever since the former service manager (rude and unprofessional) got promoted (really must of licked some balls within the Cowell group hierarchy) and replaced by Norman things have change for the better IMHO.

Norman is much more personable, and a genuine enthusiats that can relate to the performance minded side of Audi drivers such as members from this community. Norman if you're on here and you read this...i need a new starter solenoid.

Norman gets the two thumbs up approval from me.

I've bought seven cars over the years from the Cowell group, and you'd think it would warrant some customer appreciation....nope, not even a lousy Christmas card greeting. They almost make you feel like they're doing you a favor,...

anyone met Robert J. Antoniak from audi of richmond?
I think he's the best sales I've seen so far~
Although OpenRoad Audi's got beeter infrastructure, and gave me the best deal ever, I'm not too sure about their services just yet~
Michael's a great guy @ OpenRoad, but I'd also love to meet with the guys that you all have mentioned of :)

Rob's a cool sales. I didn't personally deal with him, but I brought a friend of mine to AoR who was looking to lease an A3 and Rob took care of us.

I concur, but I normally don't let them wash my car unless a quick wash is absolutely necessary. You should see how they wash cars. Last time it took two hours to wash my car and the final result wasn't worth the wait. They usually do a great job on vacuuming the interior though.

BBK is calling your name. LOL, j/k.

Your pads/rotors probably weren't bedded in properly. Try re-bedding them.
