What is the best gas to run in Audi A4s

Just bought a A4 a few weeks ago...2005.5 2.0T. First Audi I've owned. wondering what is the best gas to run in these cars. BP, Phillips 66, Mobile, Shell, etc.? I have always used BP in my cars in the past. but some gas runs better in some cars than others.

According to my local newspaper (article is probably nationwide), BP's Invigorate has patented mix of additives that help the car running smooth better than Shell V-Power (93 octane). I would recommend BP or Shell only has they run as the high tier gases with the most amount of additives for keeping your car running optimally. In other words... go with either gas... but shouldn't go with anything else... why go to McDonald's when you can go to Wendy's? lol... bad analogy

Go back to your audi dealer and ask for a "Before you fill up, you should know about top tier gasoline standards" card. it tells you which gas companies you should use. Shell is the only one around me that makes the list, so i go there. Sunoco Canada makes the list but not the one in USA so that is my backup as i've always used Sunoco 94 when it was available. BP Amoco seems to be good gas and i use that as my cheap alternative. see toptiergas.com for the info as well

Shell is cheaper than other big brands and considering how much of it flows through your engine I like the piece of mind knowing this gas has been rated to be better quality.

Audi's warranty only covers your vehicle I think if you use their recommended brands. They're recommended brands, of course, are the good brands. (non-cheap)

Are you sure you're not talking about SA?? BP 92 is the best stuff we get here in MN. Shell v-power 92 is nice but BP seems to be what every car that has something done to it uses.

shell is the most expensive around me. The cheapest here is Getty/ no name gas stations that I don't hesitate to go to if their price is right.

I usually go with Shell or Mobil, the Shell station is right outside the plaza I work in, and the Mobil is right next to my gym, so it's only because they are right there, and 93 octane always. I've yet to find a station in CT with 100 octane, but I'd def throw it in to see the difference if I could find it. My buddy who has an M3 says that Shell is the brand that they recommended to him, so I'm sure it's at the top of the list as others have said.

I prefer Shell V-Power over Chevron Supreme. Car runs better and has slightly better fuel economy that's why I only run these two brands.

I use Shell or BP. Usually BP because there are only 2 Shell's near me and i don't drive by them often. I would also use Chevron if they were in PA. There's also a chain quik-e-mart type place around me called Turkey Hill which was just recently added to the Top Tier list so i go there if i'm desperate (they all over the place)

I've tried just about everything .... and Shell Vpower has the best power to MPG .. Chevron is a lil bit better on the mpg .. but not enought for me to switch from Shell .. you can feel the difference in power.

I believe the owners manual recommends Shell VPower, I usally use Chevron but when that is not available I use Shell.

BP 93 only, they give great gas card rebates and are everywhere on the east coast with competitive prices lol

all you guys using cheap 93 and see what happens in the future when u have engine problems. i use Shell V-Power and the only other gas i would use is Sunoco and thats because they have the highest street octane avalible(higher than 93 but cant remember what it is 95-96 maybe).

^^I guess you didn't hear about Sunoco getting sued over adding too many things to their gasoline and it being diluted? Sunoco sucks horribly, never use it, ever
