I just have a bunch of pictures of my car when the wheels were gold.

thanks for the compliments everyone, tomorrow is my day off, so im gonna hit the lip with clear coat and see how that comes out.

yeah, my roof is wrapped in gloss black vinyl, pin stipe is vinyl, along with all the other decals. The gold decals were the original design and color of the team, ill probly get a new color made and replace the gold. Im thinking of doing the primer grey color thats on my hood.

the thing on my hood is an outline of Nurburgring track. Its there incase anyone is interested in something similar, we can cut out the track of your choice. and place it anywhere on your car. People love to go outrageous on their car on track days.

as for the vinyl top, im selling them for $40 picked up, or $60 shipped.

yeah, I used the guide on the Oettinger web site on how to install the side and rear. On the OEM rear bumper, the instructions said to cut out bigger exhaust slots so the oettinger exhaust slots can fit in, after that I just filled polyurethane in between the rear oem bumper and oetty rear.

the exhaust tip is 4 inches

I dont understand how to lay down the flat black evenly!
its comming out with this wrinkle type paint texture.
I mean, I dont mind it, looks damn good. but that means I cant clear the lip because the surface is really ruff. I tried to wet sand it, and all it does is takes it down to the primer underneath.
the rim itself feels like a 800 grit sand paper lol. or in other words, It looks and feels like a B series valve cover. Im kinda diggin it, but I really wanted to clear coat the lip.

Oh well, No clear coat on the lip than :(

could it be? this is my first time using flat paint, so I was thinking there is probly another process or technique im not doing right.

the over spray/dust of flat paint gets everywhere, I cleaned my ear, and it was dust with black.

ill just skip the clear coat, the wheels are done and look BAD ASSSS!

time for a shoot. how the hell do I snap shots of black wheels without overexposing the car, and backround? any tips?

after walking around SEMA for 2 days, and seeing about 30-40% of cars in the show with it. kinda grew out of it, oh and someone local with a mazda 3 bone stock has it :(....so it was time for me to take it off.
