i think the owners manual is wrong - wiper blade lengths

it says the passenger side wiper blade is supposed to be longer than the driver's side. My old wiper blades were the same length. I just got a new set from the dealer and the longer one doesn't fit right on the passenger side. it tucks under the moulding on the side of the windshield. Has anybody had this problem?

it seems to me that the they should either be the same length, or the longer one should go on the drivers side.

Yeah, as far as I know, they are the same length. I had to buy one for the cap to hold an old one on. The dealer said they were the same length for both, at the time.
