    Grinding/popping noises while driving coming from the middle of the car or the rear (not a hum though, that's the fuel pump).

    Ahhh, well I have had a mysterious popping coming from the front for about three years, not sure what the hell that was, took it to the dealership and they said it was nothing.
    Im just wondering in general. Doesnt the ride become undriveable?

    That's the suspension, and it is nothing to worry about. If it's a clicking, it's probably a CV joint.
