How stiff are these?

Base on our testing, they're ~1.5x stiffer than stock S4 mounts.

do they shake the car/mirrors at all?

No they wont make your car shake a lot. While stiffer than the normal S4 equipment, these are still an OE part. The motor mounts will stiffen things up a little bit, your car will be free of annoying shakes/rattles.
