    I 100% agree...

I had RS4 reps for a while, because I loved the clean look... But now I want to fit A) 275's all around and B) fit my Porsche 993TT brakes without spacers...

I say go RS4 reps, they are around the same weight and are dead sexy!

265/35-18 and 285/30-18 are both great sizes. 275 is a bit of an oddball on our cars in that it isn't as widely available and either sits short or is tall enough to interfere with the rear upright causing it to be spaced out more than necessary.

I've done all the mockup work with a 275/40-17 Eagle F1. It was a half worn front tire from the Cobra. This size is too tall to fit with the suspension uprights which is why those two sizes listed above are so perfect. If that diameter creeps up then everything goes wrong in a hurry. I had originally intended to run taller tires to raise the effective overall drive ratio. Swapping to this tire size would have been akin to swapping in a 2.8 trans.

    Sorry for the off-topic.

RS4 hands down. The S8 Avus and B6 S4 Avus still look nice but the B5 S4 Avus just looks soft by comparison.

I've got tons of pics of it on an allroad if you want to see them. There is an 18x10 that fits, is under 20 pounds, and doesn't cost a fortune. PM or start a new thread though so this one can stay on course.

Yup, mine are 52 w/ half tread give or take tires. Heavy mofos, 16" stock 10 spokes w/ tires are 43-44 lbs. It really is quite a noticeable difference in acceleration, bumps, etc. I still love how they look despite their flaw(s?).

dude you only weigh 167 pounds, jeez aren't you hungry. LOL i got the same scale. But back on topic. I'd say the rs4 reps. they'll weigh about 26-30lbs each so around 50 with a tire.

I just had B7 RS4 reps mounted yesterday and UPS said each package weighed 24 lbs. I'm hoping to get the tires cleaned up today and take some pics.

OEM RS6 18"x 8.5" ET30 wheels that I used to run on my 2001 S4 avant are about 32.5 lbs. each. Boat anchors!!! I'm guess the RS4 wheels are close to the same if not more due to more backpad (ET20).

Haha, I hope the bling is worth it. My 16x7 Mercedes forged CLK320s weigh 36lbs with tires. My previous 18x8 OZs weighed 42lbs with tires.
