It was late at night - car seemed to have 35-50% (couldn't really tell due to darkness)

If anyone here owns this car or has seen it, please shout out and post pics.

In the title I mention - I-95 NVA which is a not too long stretch of road. If you live near this area, or drive by it every now and then, you will know exactly what I am talking about. If I have to mention more, then you're not from around

But to make it more clear, it was around exit 166 near Springfield.

no offense taken, but if your point is that I-95 NVA is only a "short stretch of road" then why would anyone else outside of the area know this, and why would they know the car with such a generalized description. ie - why do you feel the need to broadcast this for the whole b7 community?
