    half shaft question?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I just got done replacing my front drivers side control arms and when I was finally finished my car wouldn't move. What I found is that at the c.v. shaft was spinning freely. I thought somehow it snapped but I pulled the boot off and it looks like its just disconnected inside the boot. I havent pulled it yet so I havent got a real good look at it. My question is can it possibly be fixed or am i going to have to replace it?

Yes, and I reccomend you do. Don't go for the cheap Empi full axles for cheap, they are not as strong as OEM shafts.
