Orders must be placed online in order to be included in the group buy.

We do our group buys a little bit differently than other vendors... Place your order directly online and select the group buy box (in red) during the checkout process. We do not process any billing information until the order is ready to ship out at the end of the group buy.

If for some reason the maximum discount is not reached by the end of the group buy, we will contact all people signed up before any billing information is processed.

Correct, the free shipping will remain regardless of the amount of people.

Please note: We will contact everyone before the orders are billed and shipped if the maximum discount is not reached by the end date.

Don't be shy about signing up everyone, you will not be billed until the group buy is over and once your order is placed it will go towards the total count. We shouldn't have any problem getting the 20+ people at this pricing!

The S4 Blackout Grille does include the chrome rings and I believe they are snapped together with clips.
