Low cold idle and strange vibration

Hi everyone, first time post and sadly not a happy one.

Couldn't find anything that fits the symptoms yet.

Basically as we all know cars are supposed to idle high when turned on for the first time in a while. On my car it is generally 1200RPM with the normal idle of 800. Lately (past couple of days) I have noticed that the car idles at slightly above normal on a cold start (820-830) and then drops down to normal 800.

There is also more vibration to the engine than I am used to. However there is no CEL either blinking or not which would generally indicate some sort of an issue.

I had 2 coilpacks replaced recently by the dealer, and have APR Stage 1 with Forge 007 DV. Backing it down to normal tune makes no difference.

    Any thoughts?

Secondary air pump maybe, mine always acts up when it's cold outside.

ESP light on? Mine does this when the MAF goes bad. I always have a CEL so I don't know if it comes on or not, but there should be a code stored.

It hasn't been that cold around here usually somewhere around 0C (32F) when I take it out. Nights have been getting down to maybe -5 or so.

Do you think its something I should bother replacing or should I just leave it alone and accept it as normal behavior during cold? I can't remember how it was behaving last winter, then again it barely went below 10C (40F) or so last winter.

    Nope no lights.

There was a bit more strangeness, I decided to check the air filter, and as you know there is a little pre-filter. So I checked it out and the pre filter was absolutely filthy so I brushed some crap of of it a little bit and the car was idling at 1200 for warm up again. Would have to see what happens tomorrow since for now the engine is going to be too warm.
