Perfect example. Sometimes it's just shocking when a suburban housewife is driving a beige plain A4 non-Sline and I have to think for a second that underneath it's the same as my "Dolphin Destroyer"

I completely agree. After driving a non-sline loaner, I thank God that I held out for an s-line. Ive said it before but ill say it again- the a4 non-sline is like a luxo wrx* while the s-line (with a tune) is like a luxo sti*. a world of difference!

*Cars being mentioned are the older ones. The new 265hp wrx is only .1 sec behind the new sti according to car and driver.

It took me 4.5 months to find my quattro 6MT titanium. I would've taken Ibis too and was looking for an Avant but I'm happy with what I got.

i had a 06 wrx with a lot of work done. turboback, exhaust manifold, coilovers, rpf1s with 255s. now i have a non-sline cvt. you cannot even compair the two. even if the audi was 4wd. i have never driven a quattro 6mt but from what i have experianced, its about as differnet as two cars could be.

ps, wanna know something weird. my wrx was LOW and had stiff springs on the coilovers and it was smoother than a stock nonsline going over speedbumps. wtf

I have a fwd too, and it drives alot like my friends '08 rwd 528. About the same steering feel, same suspension feel (before coilovers) and the same sensitive brake pedal. Actually the 528 felt slower too.

i have a non sline and my car looks totally different after i lowered it and painted the front grill. I see the difference but i dont think its that big of one to me because i have an sline front bumper laying around, just dont want to get it put on cuz i would have to change the hood and grill. I dont like the sline rims with the 15 spoke, to me they look really ugly but the ti package ones are sick.

Thanks and yeah but that's on it's way out. I bought the car like that and I'm replacing the halogens with blacked-out and CC'd xenons.

Got them used from another Zner. Startup Racing has them on sale now. Great C/O!

No big deal. Spend the $1500 on some Stasis SS and rs4 rear sway and your good to go

19" RS4 VMRs in gunmetal coming this Spring, but I just mounted Hankook W300s on RS6s for winter yesterday (sorry for the shitty pics again...the GF has the camera.
