    k03 like 16-17lbs k04 22lbs rs6 25-27lbs

all these comp side numbers mean very little on a turbine side that is small.. You can let in all the air you wish if it cant get out then it will actually hurt more then help.

    About 30% larger.

The rs6 turbine wheel is virtually the same size as the pjk04 turbine wheel with in .5 which is nothing. So going really big on the comp side if your trying to compare and I dont no if you are or not is a little different in comparing lets say a gt2554 with a 27lb comp wheel and the modded rs6 let say with a 30lb comp wheel, the 25 will still make more power cause of the much larger turbine side.

Ya, that is the thing, I am not exactly sure what is done to my turbos. They are the same as the TQ Factory car from USCC 2007, from what i have been told.

I think you will be getting just a larger comp wheel of 30-33lbs, thats really all that can be done

i already have them. they are on the car already. I know they are ported and clipped with higher pressure WG Actuators. Not sure exactly how big the wheel is tho. I was told at one point 50lb/min, but i feel that is too big

Thats what i thought. I thought that the turbo housing were too small for a wheel that big. Thanks!

Not really just that but think of it this way. Imagine running a marathon where you can inhale freely through your open mouth but you're forced to exhale through a soda straw, so tossing a larger comp wheel on a tiny/choked turbine side means nothing if the air can't get out. It will actually back up and create weight on the turbine wheel and under perform/spool. Picture having a wheel spin clockwise and putting heavy air pressure against it counter clockwise. The rs6 comes with a larger turbine housing then the pjk04 which is what really helps that turbo perform better then the pjk04..

I see, so its not stalling the turbine, but there is alot of resistance on it.

So whats the cure in your opinion? larger charge piping/bigger intercoolers?

Larger turbine side or not putting a real large comp wheel on a small hot side

you can stick an 80lb wheel on the coldside, but that hotside is holding you back, this is why in theory GT turbo setups should be so much better
