Regular gauge is mechanical, whereas the stepper gauge is electrical. The stepper gauge is also programmable (boost warning, color, etc.). Some people have experienced buzzing issues with the mechanical gauge, there is none with the stepper (since it uses an electric motor). I've had mine for a few months now and love it.

My pods are only for A4 and S4 platforms

The gauge itself can be used with someone elses pod design as it is an industry standard 52mm size

But some A6 owners have taken my pod and grafted the hump to their OEM steering column as it is the same profile.

ohh gotcha thanks, its a sickk looking gauge, i think ill upgrade soon, i have a POS glowshift gauge off of ebay lol, this is the 2nd garbage gauge ive bought, i shldve just bought a good one in the begginning, as they say "buy right or buy twice"

I'll put it out when they are manufactured and shipped. I delayed production due to small issues I needed to have addressed... like having an antiglare glass lens vs. a plastic one.

I don't make a vent pod but my gauges will fit in the vent pods that are available for the B5 since they accept a 52mm gauge.

Sorry but all the gauges have been sold.

These B5S4 color matched dial gauges were a limited run so if you got one be proud of it as you have 1 of 300 units.

The next version of this gauge will be here in March.
