    My question is how do u get the Taps in the bumper to raise and spray washer fluid on ur headlights ? looked in the manual didn't see anything... I have 99 A4 1.8t prefacelift.. but the hose is connected to that tap or what evea u want to call it.. so i know it have it

    It only works when the headlights are on...Turn on yur headlights and spray windshield Washer on your windshield, the ones for the headlights will spray also...

    no wipers, just headlights. wipers will come on though because your cleaning your windshield too.
