timing belt and b5s4 brake help

So i need a few maintenance things done, specifically timing belt, rear brake pads (fronts could use it too), tranny fluid, and new brake fluid. A local shop (Ausitn texas) wanted about $850 including parts and labor for that above. Me being on this board too much knows i can spend that money much better by doing it myself over Christmas break (yeaahhh for no school or work or assignments or PAPERSS!!!!) so i need help finding the best deals.

So my plan is B5S4 fronts and timing belt at least. Ive got front calipers $250
    b5s4 front pads $??
    b5s4 rotors $??
    stock a4 rear pads $??
    bleeder tool $??
    rear pad compressor tool $??
    fluid $??
timing belt kit (i dont know from where) $??

Now i know theres a lot of ?? there but i really need to stretch every dollar. also i may be leaving a few things out so let me know. also on top of all that i would also like to get some new brake lines, rears minimum. Are there any specility tools needed for the TB job? thanks for your help!

    B5 S4 front pads: starting around $89
    B5 S4 OEM rotors: $99

    B6 A4 rear pads: around $35-40

You can also get the tools from ECS but the rear pad tool you can also get from autozone as a rental.

They also have timing belt kits. I suggest the 'Ultimate Kit' for around $250

You don't need the camshaft or crankshaft seals unless they are leaking. You can pick up coolant separately.
