E-Brake light wont turn off...

So whenever i make a sharp turn, my e-brake light in my dash beeps, and then starts flashing for about 10 minutes then goes away...

what the heck is it?

check your brake fluid, probably a little low. Makes the e-brake light beep and flash at you.

okay its getting really bad now,

whenever i turn on the car it starts beeping and blinking.. do i need brake oils?

yeah when ever its low the light will stay on(safety feature) and once it reaches a low point it will start flashing and beeping, fill that up asap!!!
