I just was searching around to see what it means to prepare the ride for winter. I'm not planning to go to the snow, like Tahoe, but I am going to be in really cold, damp places. What does 1 do to prepare for winter?
    Thanks.

make sure your battery and charging system are in good working order, it sucks to get stuck in the cold. If your battery reads near 12V its about to die, if its 12.75 its awsome. alternator should be putting out 14.6V ideally, 14V is acceptable. hope you got a multimeter!
