stop bumping GB's?

not to sound rude, but can we put a limit on how much a company "bump's" their group buy? I get all excited and it turns out it's just an item I not only have but everyone else knows they are selling.

Like I said, not to be rude...I just feel it is unnecessary.

This doesn't make sense. They have the right to bump just as much as you do to bump your own thread about whatever it may be.

maybe putting old group buy in a separate folder/forum would be better so people don't bump old ones

I'm failing to see an issue if its still an active sale. Advertisers are trying to make a living afterall, you know...

I'm only saying that if the sale is inactive, that way its easier for people to navigate them and no whats still going on, there really isn't any argument against this is there?

nsmith said it more eloquently....I just feel there is a difference between advertising and running a legitimate group buy. again not to be rude....i've bought my fair share of things off the group buys
