I have to laugh to keep myself from crying. I did a set of springs on my buddies Jetta in his driveway in a few hours for free. I should have charged him $700.

haha, when I worked as a tech for Jaguar, we charged a guy 2 hrs labor to put a CAI system on his XKR and he gladly accepted!

im in the rental business and even if a dealer or insurance company is paying for a rental, we authorize their credit card for $1 to put it on file, i cant tell you how MANY decline for $1!!!!!!!

or i try to run a card and of course it declines and they look at me like "you idiot" and say. well there isnt any money on it! or Its maxed out.. duh!

meh, Audi doesnt amaze me anything with its out of the roof pricing!
for example, in what ways are the S4 door blades worth that much? it's just fucking composite material and go on to a door! but we still pay for it because we want it, sigh

another addition to who dont know a thing about cars. i was adding gas, one old guy was there with his white volvo 850 for some motor oil. first, he didnt even know how to add oil. then, the service guy screamed at him, did you know you basically have no oil. he just stood there and looked at the service guy.
