Increased moderation of the B6 A4 'tech talk' subforum?

If we're going to have a separate subforum for Tech Talk, which is supposed to be for 'hardcore technical B6 A4 tuning discussion,' then maybe we could enforce some posting standards? The majority of the posts on the first page right now don't fit that criteria, and most are duplicates of things asked/answered in the main B6 A4 forum (fitment of door blades, grilles, etc).
