    Door Handle Question

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
hey guys, i read something about this awhile ago, and i tried searching but i couldnt find it. For my drivers side door i have to repeatedly pull the door handle in order to open the door. It seems like something doesnt catch the first time to open the door. I think i remember the post saying something about a spring, and if anyone can point me in the right direction or show me a DIY that would be great. Thanks.

I know you can just replace the spring as well as you said.

    Re: Door Handle Question

If you are talking about pulling the exterior door handle, you may need a new latch. This is happening to my passenger door, have to pull the handle 3-4 times for it to work, but only ater locking and unlocking it. After it works once, it works everytime. I have a few spare latches so no big deal I guess. Sucks tho just one more thing to fix
