i just wanna let every1 know how GREAT that shop is. FREDDY is PRO who knows his stuff well especially AUDI. SCOTT is so friendly and respectful!!!
Both of them help me a lot on my TT,,, they fixed the overheat problem. they also fixed the noises from underneath the car, changed the TB and all its related components!!! The car drives like NEW now lol.
What makes them different from other shops are following:
1) they tell the truth, they don't start putting on new parts until the problem is fixed. they will find out what is the cause of problem and go directly into it.
2) they LISTEN to the customers, always do things that benifits the customer first instead of trying to make as much money as possible by doing so many unneeded works.
3) very good communication done... they always pick up their phones.. u always have an idea where u at!!
4) Very Reasonable price!!

I will NOT go anywhere else but EAST COUNTY EUROPEAN AUTOWORKS!!!
