Serious Problem, Can't Post Anymore Ads

I have made at least 10 ads already but most have sold, why can't I now list more? Please help ASAP as I need to get this stuff online.

and I forgot to ask this, do I have to delete the sold ads? Isn't it better to be up there so people can see what I've done?

yes because the total dropped below 10 again except now my customers can't see that I've sold other items, which kinda cancels out the point of feedback/credibility (but I know there are still the "stars")

FWIW, the sold/closed ads should automatically remove after approximately 2 weeks.
