In the spirit of buy high / sell low, we decided to clear out the stockroom and offer a few smoking deals. For the A3 crew we are offering our Front Touring Rotor upgrade, which includes:

- 13.5” / 345mm x 26mm [oe is 311 x 25] 2 Piece ALCON brake rotor with all the fixins; large ring, small annulus, thinnest plates possible for maximum airgap, high copper content for even heat distribution, deep core casting for most consistent metal grain, advanced vane design for maximum airflow [careful - edges are SHARP!], infamous segmented [“C”-shaped] slots for gas layer discharge with amazing pedal feel [straight slots will 'pulse' the pedal].

- Rotor weights: Alcon: 17lbs, OE A3: 19lbs, OE TT: 19.7lbs

- Aluminum 6061 T6, black hard-anodized [sound racy? It is..] with custom [and very expensive] mounting hardware. No assembly required! We build ‘em with love.

- 4140 chrome-moly, cnc whittled by the omnipotent hand of a machine-faced g_d. Now in lovely gold cadmium plating for the Winter 08 season.

- Installation manual in English, painstakingly written for sentient humans to comprehend.

- Audi backing plates, as the stockers do not clear due to newfound BRAKE MASSIVENESS.

Hmm well i had Matrix looking at it the other time and they said wont fit. It fits on my summer setup but not stock S-Line 17s. I'll bug Jeremy and see what he say

Carson wants the BBK to fit under that wheel, which none (13, 14, 14.5") will.

Another question, I've seen Alcon calipers I believe, which kit do you get the upgraded calipers with? I just noticed that calipers are not included with this specific kit.

This kit is a rotor upgrade only, no caliper. The Alcon Mono4 [w/ caliper] kits are brilliant, and start at $2795 for a full front setup [pads, lines, etc] with a 13" rotor. Also available are 14 and 14.5" rotors.

If you drive a car with Alcon calipers's it's really hard to go back to anything else.

littlewhite - we've got 19" Champion RS147's on special for 900 each from 1200 each. They're abtut 20lbs. SUPER LIGHT. Or buy a set and we'll throw on free tires. Sort that brake clearance problem RIGHT out!

stock 17s will not fit any of the BBK. Touring brakes wont fit on my sicne wheel weight is in the way
