different jetta

while i was on vacation in puerto vallarta last week. i saw some jetta's there that had different headlights and tail lights. i know that they swap the gti front ends but i was just wondering if people are swapping theres for these.
this one has a body kit, but you get the idea.

Those are an updated front and rear end, its all stock. In Canada it is a bare bones version that is called the City Jetta
