So my pumps work fine, when I unplug the line from the nozzle it definitely squirts fluid with plenty of pressure. There is a plug on the nozzle i'm assuming to open the nozzles up. There is 12volts on that plug so I'm assuming that the nozzle isn't opening up when I turn on the washer. It had 12 volts on it all the time, which I would assume would go away to 0 volts when the washer is enabled? Can anyone shed any light on this it would be much appreciated. Its doing it on both windshield sprayers.

Sounds like they are plugged, the 12 volts you are seeing is for the heaters in them. Take them out and clean them with a small piece of wire.

The plug on the nozzle is for the nozzle heater. The nozzles are always open.

Well hey, thats fantastic! worked like a charm. I didn't think a little strand of wire would "clean" that out so easily.

Side note, what kind of screws are holding on the ones on the bumper for the headlights?

Torx and you can only get to them from the inside of the bumper once it's off. Those will only work with the headlights on.

Well I can see the edges of the screw with the headlight out. I'm thinking I should be able to takem out with the bumber still on. We'll see, next weekend project.

Because they don't squirt. I can't stand things not working right. Regardless of using them or not.

You probably already know this. The headlight washers only work when the headlights are on.
