I hate doing this... can't find stage 3 DIYs

Sorry guys I cant find them anywhere. Anyone link me? I'm having trouble finding/removing the clutch slave cyl and the guide I have sucks for this part.

ah yes, thats the one I have. It says remove clutch slave cyl. but I can't find it or the braided steel line it talks about. might be bacause I have a bolt stuck in the driveshaft. I cut the head off because it was stripped. maybe after I get it out the tranny will tip towards the rear allowing me to see this stuff?

you "cant find" the slave cylinder? Do you know what it is? it should be rediculously easy to find

It sits on top of the transmission. I'm feeling around blindly up there. How is that ridicilously easy to find?

you should be able to pull the engine out slightly towards you to give you a tad more space in between your engine and your secondary firewall.

thats the thing, I followed all the directions and everything seems to be clear of the sub-frame but the engine won't move forward, it lifts up fine, but won't pull forward. I'm gonna start tooling again tonight, it's probobly something extremely simple thats holding it up.

Clint and I ran into this issue. We were yanking on it and yanking on it for an hour. We soon noticed that a ground wire was still attached. Once that came off, it slide out with ease.

really? which one? I got the one on the passenger side frame rail and the one on the driver's side firewall. Is there another one?

hhmmm off of the top of my head i don't remember. just take 5 minutes and really look around to see if anything would be an obstruction. ours happened to be that last ground.

look if its getting caught up on the axles, the ground wire is on the passenger side and runs along the frame rail

Okay found the problem, looks like a busted tranny mount is hanging down and catching the subframe. Im gonna remove it completely after work tonight.
