Any place in the Walnut creek, Concord area for tire/wheel install and alignment?

I searched here and found Firestone in concord gives lifetime alignment for 160 but I dont want to get ripped for tire/wheel install/balance/mount.

Big O in walnut creek is a rip off, 30/wheel and 140 for alignment with 6month/6k warranty.

Tire/wheel install I searched here (again) santa clara for 15/wheel but too far for me.
