where to find radio code?

hey guys, so when my radio is in safe mode, where do I find the code for it? I have the manual and the sticker in the spare tire well but dont know which number is the radio code. Anybody know where on that sticker it is?

i believe that you have to get it from the dealer if im not mistaken. my friend was in the same boat as you when he got a new one and got it from the dealer.

You need the 13 digit code off the side of the radio and your VIN. Call up the dealer and ask them to look it up for you.

That 13 digit code should be on the right side. IIRC they usually start with AUZ.... or something like that. It's etched in the side of the case.

so the 4digit code can't be found on the stickers in the manual or spare tire well? When I was searching people said u can fin them there but I don't know which number is the code.

some times it's there. I've never been so lucky.

There should be, if you're lucky, a separate manual for the stereo system with a radio code in it. It's a card that can be torn out of the inside of the front cover. Otherwise dealership. GL
