Anyone in Vancouver put on Lamin X?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Man, I had a HELL of a time putting on the rears. Anyone have any tips other than the given instructions?

I still have the front headlights to do and at this point I rather get help doing them or pay someone to put them on.

    Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.

tinting taillight is an easy job on audi though since the taillight design is simple and plain and that would be best to ask one of your buddies to help u out cuz u need someone to hold the hair dryer (or heat gun)...

Basically, what you need is cleaning your taillight and spray soap+water on the surface of your taillight or wherever you want to tint, then try to stick da lamin x on it, use a card to squeeze the water out between the light and the lamin x,, hair dryer keeps blowin' on the lamin x surface in order to make the material become flexible (plastic), then you can mold, pull, or do whatever you want to shape the lamin x.. use cutter to cut those extra parts at the end then you're done

Hey J, I ended up using VHT Nite shades and it turned out even better (IMO) than the Lamin X for the rears.

I have over half a can of VHT here, which is more than enough to black out your tails if you like. Let me know
