The lug nuts are exposed on the RS4 wheels, and they are available in 19's. Here is a pic of my Hartmann 19" B5 DTM RS4's. You can get center caps that will cover the lugs if you like that look better. Hope this answers your question.

You can get center caps to cover the lug bolts so they would still look the same as the USP wheels.

Yes, you can switch it up if you want!!! I was going to buy the bigger caps for an alternative look, but I never got around to it. Plus I like the exposed lugs on it.
