switchblade key cut and programming

I am new to the Audi world and have searched to no luck, for someone who can cut and program the switchblade key for my 2004 audi A4 USP. If anyone knows where or who besides a dealer that can get a key and have it cut and programmed I would greatly appreciate it. I am also in the DC area if anyone local has someone they recommend.

At the dealer a full new key is $160. That includes parts and programming. Check if that place has a better deal.
