Our Engineering Department just finished the latest production run of our DTS bars.



For those unfamiliar with our DTS Bars, they are DriveTrain Stabilizer Bars made of T6-6061 aircraft aluminum and will eliminate the slop in your cars drivetrain.

What does this mean for you? Increased throttle response, crisper and more precise shifts and more power to the ground.

Our DTS Bar is a direct bolt on replacement for the stock unit. We include all necessary hardware, instructions and even a Blow Pop to enjoy after you're all done.

We just installed one on my car the beginning of the week and WOW - I love this thing. Being a machinist myself, I can appreciate the workmanship that goes into this DTS.

Considering the amount of machining and the quality of work, it is priced very well and it's a fantastic product

good review I plan on getting the DTS among doing all my suspension pieces soon that I just hit 100K. I want to replace all the control arms, tie rod ends etc, a set of H sport sways and THIS.

One thing I will say for sure though is that the DTS is one of the best upgrades that I've done to date (aside from a few JHM goodies of course).

I realize it is night and day difference for the tranny especially with all that stage 3 torque, I realize there is R&D for design and all but $350 dollars for a piece of steel? I thought they were $250 bucks before? Those blow pops must of really gone up in price.

Sorry to rant it just bugs when when these companies slap their name on something and double or tripple the price to what its worth. Nothing against AWE and its not just these type of companies that do this, its all the big name places. But I guess if it sells and they can make their millions then we cant fault them.

It's been that price for quite some time now. It's worth it knowing the fit and finish is going to be perfect, and it is a tried and true device, unless you think you can build something better cheaper..Just ask anyone who's bought an SSAC turbo back exhaust...

Yes I understand about aftermarket parts not fitting quit right, that is a pain. It does pay to have quality. I do see that, but it still seams a little steap. But you are right, I couldnt make it myself. Just dont have the tools.

I'd love to buy one of these new along with the tougher mount JHM sells but man, they are spendy..... somehow though if they are not banged up they do keep their value so if you ever wanna get rid of it you can get most of your money back... something to consider.

Wait. Didn't you spend $850 on Ecodes? My stockers seem to work just fine. . . It's all a matter of preference I guess. If you ever get the chance to drive a car with the DTS (with the JHM upgraded mount) do it, you will want one after that. And for the record, the DTS is made from Aluminum .

I bought used Ecodes from a fellow Audiziner from Germany (he actually introduced me to Audizine his name is Jenz)

I got the Ecodes for 400 bucks, I put my US ballasts in them and sold my Stock headlights for 200 so I spent 200 bucks for a set of Ecodes.

yeah I could see how I'd love the DTS after driving with it, maybe someone will sell me their beat up used DTS

Our DTS bar hangs approximately less than 1/8th of an inch lower than the stock piece. If someone has damaged their DTS bar, it is probably due to their suspension set up.

It has been $349.00 since we introduced them years ago. We have not raised the price even though the price of the raw materials has increased.

The DTS is not constructed of steel. As I stated in my original post, it is constructed of T6-6061 aircraft aluminum.

I hope you don't think we're trying to rob everyone blind and are going to run away to an island in the south pacific with all of the profits. We set prices on our products that we feel are fair considering the amount of R&D that goes into development, perfect fitment, the warranty (a 1 year warranty in the case of the DTS) and the time and care we take to ensure that each and every unit will operate to your high expectations. A lot of money is reinvested back into the company to help us continue to make the high quality product people expect of us.

That being said, if you want a DTS but don't want to pay full retail, why not try to find a used bar? With some patience you should be able to find a good bar for a reasonable price.

I saw a serious scratched up AWE DTS go for 260+ 28 shipping on ebay yesterday.... I think this is a good investement... if you ever want to part out they keep their value.... mainly cause nobody wants to get rid of theirs until they are ready to sell the car. So, is it worth it? By the resale value of these things I would say yes.
