What type of clamp/flange.. to get for exhaust to downpipe?

my exhaust currently has some crappy exhaust clamps clamping a reducer to connect the downpipes to the exhaust. The exhaust was made to slide over the downpipes and a band clamp to secure the two, but the precious owner had the 2 welded together so it was cut chort not allowing me to slide one over another.

I have searched for a clamp like the stock ones but cant find anything that fits the stock size then one that fits a pipe slightly larger.

I want to be able to remove the exhaust so i dont want to weld the 2 together.

V band clamp suitable? or just go with a standard coupler with gasket in between. i dont want the standard spring and doughnut clamps. It has to be pretty low profile as the car is lowered.
