Fathers and Sons Audi of West Springfield, MA

I cant tell you how satisfied I am with Fathers and Sons Audi of West Springfield, MA.
My story:

I had recently changed my oil and 500 miles later my Add Oil light comes on (B6 S4) so I add a quart of oil. In about 1500 more miles i needed to add another quart. So I take it to Hoffman Audi of West Hartford, CT and they top it off and say come back in 500 miles.
500 miles is up. Before I take the car in , I check my oil...its low.
I drop it off, they say everything is fine there is no issues. I check the oil, its topped off again.

So 500 miles after that incident I finally have to get under my car. I take my skid plate off and theres a big oil spot. I say screw Hoffman and call up Fathers and Sons Audi.
Took the car in today tell them im burning oil, tell them my Hoffman Audi story, and tell them my headlights are fogging up. I knew they could not repair it and they inform me they cannot replace the headlights but they will look at it and see if any seals are leaking.

I get a call at 5pm saying the car is fixed. Had a leaking valve cover gasket (typical) and they tell me they found no visible leaks but tried something new w/ my headlights and put silicon around the adjusting screw.

Not only did I get a loaner, i got my car diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner, they went above and beyond to try to fix my headlights and were all very courteous. To this dealership!!

I should also add I have full exhaust, K & N , short shifter, drop springs, wheels, etc... and that was not even an issue to them!

Class acts and I hope you guys give them some business. I know I will!!

yeah they are an awesome dealership! I used to go there all the time while i had a warranty. They also gave me a loaner, dealt with a situation that was totally my fault for almost 2 weeks and paid for the loaner for the whole time! I dealt with the guy with curly hair.... dont remember his name... but very nice guy!

so i have dealt with Stephen lately and has been nothing but a huge help. Kind of a cooky guy, but very nice.

Interesting! I am currently looking for a place to take my car for the first time since moving out here from the West coast. They also happen to be the most conveniently located. I guess I'll go to see them!

Got a friend that works there and bought my last S4 from there.. good place. Body shop does good work too if you ever happen to need that.

Fathers & Sons is awesome, I am nothing but satisified woth them. I go to school at UMass Amherst so they are the closest dealer to me. When i got my S4 it only had 1 key so I wanted to order a spare and the 2 dealerships near my home were $45 & $60 dollars more than Fathers & Sons and they had no problems that I wanted to program the key myself, where as one of the other said they would not give me the key unless they were to program it.

I also order a radio from the VAG Audio Sale through them because one of the other dealers wouldn't and the other wanted to charge me double the price that the sale said. Fathers and Sons only charged me $10 more and when i went to pick it up I also wanted to buy radio removel keys and they through them in for free.

fathers and sons are crooks watch out for that dealership very shady. Owner is under federal investigation for tax fraud.

I've had good luck with them. I called them a couple weeks ago because my wheel bearing had gone from a mild roar to a metal grinding and clunky sound. I called on a Friday morning at 7:30 to get an estimate and see if I could get it in there the same day. I got it in there and it was done by 1:30 the same day. They had no problem with using the bearing I had already purchased ( I was planning on doing it myself when I could get to my friends shop) just as long as they could verify it was the correct part. They cleaned out the inside as it's was pretty mess from winter and washed it. Dealer labor is never cheap obviously but they did good quality work that was quick and friendly. I know financially they might have had or still have some issues as they had some federal agents show up a year or two ago and take some boxes of documents with them but as far as they actually service and people I've dealt with no problems what so ever. They could care less my car was chipped and even checked other things out that I may need to take care of down the road. I don't know of any small mechanics in Western Mass that are suited to Audi's.

The closest Audi specialists I know of are in Barkhamsted, CT and I take my Passat there all the time. I think I've seen your blue S4 in Simsbury/Avon area, is that you? I used to live there.

i have seen a stock Nogaro S4 driving around the granby area but its completely stock and an old woman.
I drive everywhere around there so it very well could have been me! i however am tinted and dropped and got fullback exhaust... Give me a thumbs up or a flash next time and ill return the favor!!

got a funny story from there today. I had to take my car in there for another low oil light and a starter issue and since i have been there i put on coilovers
so as I am standing there waiting for Stephen to get me my reciept I see two mechanics come out into the service lobby and they both do the "See no evil" "hear no evil" gestures by one covering their eyes and another covering his ears.
I got a good laugh out of it.

Why not? I've brought mine there and it's chipped. I suppose if you are doing warranty claims it could be a problem but how could they even tell you were chipped? Please explain your situation more. Thanks!

I actually had a lovely conversation with some bosses there the other day regarding modification, etc.

Basically it came down to: if you mess up and void your warranty, make sure you are happy with the mods. Other than that, they will work on it fine, but if AoA calls them out on something, they ain't gonna have your back (understandable).

Again, I had EXCELLENT customer service.

I miss living out there just for that dealer. Every dealer out here, eastern MA sucks especially ira in peabody!! I brought mine to W. springfield a couple times having a check engine light that was tricky to figure out for a long time. They gave me a loaner for over a week one time cause my part was in cali during the fires. Another time they gave me a loaner I totaled it and they made it as easy for me as possible, I had to tow the car back to them the next day from george town MA though. I miss that dealer

yeahh i just my audi 3 weeks ago and went there the first weeekend i got my car for oil change. they do great job with the cleaning too. the guy was really helpful idk hes name i cant recall hes name, he pulled up the service history on the vehicle and checked if there was a recall on it or not. ill be there every 5000 miles fo roil change.
BTW since i see lot of people going there we should have a meet there or around there :)

they are quite mod friendly.
I have downpipes, cat-back, short shifter, and coil-overs. They actually stored my car inside the dealership because I had nice rims. Stand-up team of employees over there.

And I have never gotten an Audi Loaner from them, but they do have an enterprise rental store in the dealership and will give you a rental from there for free (only under warranty i believe, not sure).

I'd be down for a little meet as well.

Walt Bros. in W. Springfield handles all manner of Euro rides. Extremely fair pricing (700.00 labor for my Allroad timing belt/thermostat replacement), reliable work, and very friendly. There's a good reason why they are always busy.
