First accident in the S4 - any advice? Need a new grille now

My front grille is the only thing that was damaged (busted/cracked...totally junk now).

The car is a silver B7...I was wondering if I should go RS4 grille or get another stock S4 grille. I don't want to go the titanium/blackout route, so I'd need the original RS4 grille but OEMPL.us only has the black one.

Anyone have some thoughts? Anyone have a stock B7 S4 grille for sale?

You're lucky that's all of the damage. I'd go RS4 grille personally...EddieMan has it on his car.

I don't yet. But as of Dec 2 I will have a Stock B7 S4 grill to sell. I wrecked my front bumper like 2 days after getting the S4 home about a month ago. 6 week wait to get into a body shop around here. Since the bumper is being replaced I decided to go to a Black Optics RS4 grill while its already apart. Not sure how big of a rush your in but if you can wait a couple weeks mine is in perfect shape and will be going up for sale. If your looking to get an RS grill I'd check achtuning they seemed to have the best prices. but for the grill i wanted they didn't have the filler piece without a euro plate mount so I ended up having to buy the filler separately thru TM Tuning. TM Tuning sells both pieces but the price was way higher.

unfortunately taxes etc. to Canada means it's a pain in the ass. Will cost $500 after all is said and done.

There are a bunch of S4 grills for sale I just noticed...I guess lots of guys like the RS4 upgrade. I do too. Still on the fence.

It is going to stay on the car. Dont want to pull the bumper of again.
I am suppose to run plate also but I havent had one on the car since I bought it and no problems. (Knocks on wood)

how long was the DIY job of removing bumper/replacing the grill the first time? Nightmare?

It is going to stay on the car. Dont want to pull the bumper of again.
I am suppose to run plate also but I havent had one on the car since I bought it and no problems. (Knocks on wood)

Do a search. There is a nice write up on doing it on a B7 somewhere around here. It seemed easier than I would have expected but I haven't had to do it my self so I can't say for sure.

I have a stock S4 grille sitting in a box ready for shipment at a moments notice if you want. I'll take it out and clean it before I send it, but I do have the box and it is ready to go.

And replacing the grille was fun in my opinion, but it took me 3ish hours the first time I think

Good news is that the local Audi dealer quoted me the following (tax in, converted to USD)

S4 Grill $180
RS4 grill, black or aluminium $339

yeah, thought I wrote that. All colours really...your Sprint Blue is basically the opposite end of the colour spectrum to my Light Silver so I wanted to see some others.

Tried search. Got nothing but a couple of DTM A4s.
