My Bi-Xenon's beam pattern looks something like this....is this normal... I know on euro cars they have that type of pattern but I feel that mine maybe a little out of wack. Ill post actual pics if needed.

I think it's designed so left lamp doesn't blind oncoming traffic.

does the auto leveler do this patter automatically? Cause mine seem to adjust to a flat line and I thought that was weird...(probably blinding the oncoming traffic.)

The cut off shield profile is the same for both sides, and when aiming the beam angle, both sides are even horizontally, being set to the same verticle elevation.

The Auto Leveling function has nothing to do with the cut off pattern profile. The pattern shown in the drawing posted is an E-Code cutoff pattern. The US DOT cutoff pattern is different, and is almost flat all the way across, with only a small step up mid way along the cut off line, and is a tad higher on the right half side of the cut off line.

You lay out a test target on a wall, using 1" masking tape, with the tape placed according to the specified measured distances from the ground to the headlight center lines. See instructions for aiming headlights.
