Euro filler plate is sold separately. I bought it from that dealer in boston with good pricing. Got the fog lights on ebay and the grilles (upper, lower and fogs) through a vw dealer friend of mine in Vermont. I found the bumper cover in WV for hardly anything. Those are my old A4 washer covers. I retrofitted them to get them to fit the S4 bumper (cut one of the tabs off inside). A4 rebar and internals.

Why new washer covers?

S4 covers are different than the A4 covers but you can tell from my photos that the A4 covers fit pretty good.

Shawn doesn't have any on his bumper. Washers, tow hook and fogs are filled in

My bumper needs some TLC before anyone would want it. The structual molding is still perfect but from the flex difference of it one piece, the paint is cracked in a few places and it is stone nick'd to hell from driving to NJ for Waterfest
