    Re: will these fit

In theory they should fit if those are the correct offsets. However, you'll probably have rubbing issues in the rear and you're going to need to run rubber band tires.

Too much tire. Go with the 245/35 in the front and a 255/35 in the rear.

Yeah, but his point is that the tires that are mounted right now are too big and would rub.

    Correct.

Of course, if the tires are already on there, it never hurts to test fit them, it is possible they won't rub. Also, the tire sizes on there are a good rolling diameter match and won't mess with your Quattro.

That's still to much tire if I'm not mistaken. With 20's he'll need to drop down the tire profile to a 245/30 front, 255/30 rear. Otherwise his overall diameter will be too large.

Good catch, I missed that. Those are really tall tires, you're gonna need to buy all new tires.

He just means that you'll be running tires with very short sidewalls. You'll have so little tire on the wheel it will look you practically have rubber bands stretched around them.

Don't hit any bumps. Also there going to look stretched out. I'd pass on those wheels, you will rub.

The less sidewall you have the more susceptible your wheels are to damage from potholes or other obstructions in the road.

Assuming you have a good alignment, your tire wear will be about the same, but you just have to drive carefully. Plenty of people run 20's on their cars, but 20x10's are a difficult thing to pull off.

    rubber bands =

like the capt said pulling off a 20x10 even with a offset of ET42 will be very difficult.

^^u've got a baller car now hush

Another option is to run a small spacer, i run ET35's and i'm dumped, i think an ET40 should work, but as for tire height good luck, roll ur fenders.
