And it costs more than 20 blowjobs. But what’s your point??? What does the price of an oil cooler has to do with a price of SMIC???

upgraded smic's is a more worth-while modification compared to an oil cooler.

How does one measure “worth” of SMIC vs. oil cooler? These upgrades have nothing to do with each other. It’s like saying that for the price of BBK I could have gotten DP and exhaust. Dimcorner comparison and your support of it are nonsensical.

Now, I am not saying that the price of RS4 oil cooler is justifiable or even that this cooler is superior to others. The truth is that the cooler is subpar and the price is a total rip-off. I cannot believe that anybody besides RS4 owners would buy one at such insane price. Yet, I am sure there are some suckers out there who bought these. Too many people waste their money. I remember debating with people about utter insanity and waste of spending almost $4K on STaSIS for a street car. Yet, some where convinced that if they buy MS their cock will grow 5” and their S4 will magically transform from a pig into F1. Bottom line is that for the price of RS4 oil cooler one can have a custom built aluminum radiator with engine oil and transmission fluid coolers built-in. But that has nothing to do with SMIC.

It was my attempt at saying nicely that this OEM oil cooler is just an tad over priced.
Just like $1800 worth of exhaust tubing...

it's a little bit opinion based, but it can be factualy deducted which is the better choice. Given a constant of power output and stock components vs the upgraded components given, a) the upgraded IC's and b) the upgraded oil cooler it will be easily identifiable that when pushed out of their effeciency or capacity ranges, stock ic's will perform much worse at higher levels vs the stock oil cooler which can cope better. I can understand what you're saying, since IC's increase HP while an oil cooler is mainly for longevity reasons, but since most S4 owners use 40W or better high quality synthetic oils that can take the increased heat from higher HP.. it makes more sense to choose to upgrade the stock IC's which *cant* cope with higher HP levels and heatsoke, which in tern decrease HP.

The shift knob above was the only one on sale and we sold out the available stock. Currently the MAF and the RS4 Oil Cooler are still available at the sale pricing.
