Haha I will answer this scientifically - Air is comprised of 78.09% Nitrogen, 20.95% Oxygen, .03% CO2, .93% Argon, and .0003% trace gases.

You should be good. Just dont have any open flames around when filling your tires!

my opinion on it is, there's a purpose why nitrogen is used other than just regular air to fill up high performance tires. I'll assume you already know why. As to your question, yes, you can fill up one tire with just regular air. But be aware that you have already diluted the nitrogen in that tire. And also, be aware, that the original intent for your wheel (diluted one) no longer applies versus your other "undiluted" wheels.
