Stainless oil feed line fittings & Coolant line for GT28RS[confused]

Ok, i am about to install my stainless oil feed line for GT28RS. I know one end goes to the oil restrictor on the turbo, the other end goes to the block.

But wonder what size of Fitting does it need in order to install the oil feed line which goes to the block? Is it...

    1) 1/4" NPT to -4AN Flare 90 Deg.
    2) 1/8" NPT to -4AN Flare 90 Deg.
    3) 1/8" NPT to -4AN Flare Straight
    4) 3/8" NPT to -4AN Flare Straight

Or am i completely wrong on any of those?

One more question in regards of coolant line. Did you guys reuse the stock "U" coolant line which goes back to the block? Or used something else?

Please let me know, thank you very much for all information in advance~

Don't bother getting a stainless coolant line.... you'll never get it over the nipple on the block.
