They are for the Audi A4 and A6. S4 will fit, however, you will need a spacer in the front. These are all 8.5 All Around.

Will these fit a 2000 A6 with the hp2 calipers?
I got a set of M-Sports in 19x8.5 with a 35mm offset, and they don't even come close to clearing the front calipers.
